Cancellation Policy

– Clients may cancel services by submitting a written request to harish@kenstonecreditsolutions.com.  

– Cancellations within 24 Hours of enrollment may qualify for a partial refund.

No cancellations will be accepted once the dispute process has been initiated with credit bureaus.  

Refund Policy

Credit Bridge Advisors is committed to delivering measurable credit improvements. Refunds are only granted if we fail to meet the promised outcomes, which are defined after a full assessment of the client’s credit report.  

Refunds are processed only if:  

✔ No dispute process has been initiated.  

✔ The request is submitted within 24 Hours.  

✔ The service has not been fully rendered.  

Eligibility for Refund

A refund request will only be considered if:  

✔ We fail to deliver the specific improvements promised in our initial credit report assessment.  

✔ The client complies with all obligations, including providing accurate documents and following credit improvement recommendations.  

✔ The client has not independently disputed items with credit bureaus, banks, or lenders during our service period.  

✔ The delay or failure in service is not caused by external factors such as unresponsive banks, incorrect details provided by the client, or credit bureau policies.  

Non-Refundable Cases

🚫 Refunds will not be issued if:  

– The credit bureaus have already processed disputes.  

– The client fails to provide the required documents.  

– The client provides incorrect information.  

– The service is halted due to external factors (bank non-responsiveness).

Refund Processing Time

✔ Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15-30 days from the date of approval.  

✔ Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).  

✔ Processing fees and administrative costs may be deducted before issuing the refund. 

Dispute Resolution for Refunds

If a client disagrees with our refund decision, they may:  

Contact Credit Bridge Advisors Customer Support for further discussion.  

Request a re-evaluation of their case based on service history.  

Seek resolution through arbitration in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
