Welcome to Credit Bridge Advisors. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, mobile applications, and services related to *credit repair, credit report analysis, dispute resolution, and financial advisory.  

By accessing our website or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, *do not use our services

For clarity, the following definitions apply:  

“Client” or “User” – The individual who engages with our services.  

“Credit Bureaus” – Agencies such as CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, and CRIF Highmark are responsible for credit scoring.  

“Creditors” – Banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions providing credit facilities.  

“Dispute Process” – The process of rectifying inaccurate information on credit reports.  

“Agreement” – The contract between Credit Bridge Advisors and the client.  

Services Provided

Credit Bridge Advisors offers:  

Credit Report Analysis – Identifying inaccuracies in credit reports.  

Dispute Resolution – Filing disputes with credit bureaus and lenders.  

Credit Score Improvement Plans – Advising clients on strategies to boost their creditworthiness.  

Debt Negotiation – Assisting clients in negotiating settlements with creditors.  

Financial Literacy Training – Educating clients on responsible credit management.  

Important: We do not provide legal representation, loans, or guarantee any specific credit score improvement. 

Eligibility for Services

To use our services, you must:  

✔ Be at least 18 years old.  

✔ Provide valid identification and proof of income.  

✔ Have a valid credit history from any Indian credit bureau.  

✔ Not use our services for fraudulent or illegal activities.

If we determine that you do not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to deny or terminate services.  

No Guarantees & Disclaimer

Credit Bridge Advisors does not guarantee the removal of all negative items from credit reports. The success of the credit repair process depends on:  

– The nature of discrepancies in the report.  

– The responsiveness of creditors and credit bureaus.  

– Compliance with financial regulations.  

We strive to provide the best possible assistance and assure specific outcomes that are legally deliverable as per the RBI guidelines and policies.  

Payment & Billing Policy

– Clients must pay as per the service agreement.  

– Payments can be made via credit card, UPI, net banking, or EMI options.  

Failure to pay may lead to service suspension.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy outlined below.  

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:  

✔ Provide accurate personal, financial, and credit-related information.  

✔ Not engage in false dispute claims.  

✔ Cooperate in the credit repair process by submitting requested documents on time.  

✔ Not hold Credit Bridge Advisors for third-party delays.  

Service Termination

We may terminate your service if:  

❌ You provide false or misleading information.  

❌ You engage in fraudulent financial activities.  

❌ You violate any provisions of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Credit Bridge Advisors shall not be liable for:  

– Losses due to denied credit applications.  

– Financial consequences due to credit bureau policies.  

– Delays caused by third-party institutions (banks, lenders, CIBIL, etc.).

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved via *arbitration in India*. Clients waive the right to file individual lawsuits unless arbitration fails. 

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance.
